Do not accept damaged goods from
the carrier if it is delivered in an unacceptable condition. If you
notice breakage, spillage or damage, contact UPS immediately for a
claim number. Their phone number is 1-800-742-5877, or you may email
UPS at:

Your shipment left our business in perfect shape, and our
responsibility ends when it is picked up by the carrier. The
customer is the responsible party for filing any damages to the
carrier.
Please call us with any
discrepancies in your order immediately. If we have not heard from
you within 1 week of shipping we will assume that your order was
filled accurately.
We try to keep our shopping cart
updated with the status of out of stock items. We try to keep plenty
of everything, but sometimes it is difficult to predict our
customers buying patterns-I think you know what we mean! If we will
be able to complete your order within 2 days because an out of stock
item is on it's way here, we will hold your order, and ship it when
that item comes in. If it will take longer than that, we will ship
your order as is, and let you know the approximate arrival date of
the requested merchandise. We don't backorder products.
Online Orders:
All orders are processed in the
order they come in to us. After they are packed and weighed an
electronic invoice is sent to you. We then charge your card and your
package is sent upon approval of the charges by the credit card
processor.
No information about you will be
sold, rented, traded or given out to anybody-period. Any information
you give us will only be used by us to fill your order and collect
payment. The only exception to this rule would be if your asked us
to put a link to your site or email address from our site, and this
would only happen at your request.
There will be a 15% restocking
charge added to the shipping costs for any refused shipment (unless,
of course, it was our mistake)
We do not accept returns on wax,
fragrance oil, or dyes or any other oils or butters. We have broken
all of our products down into the smallest feasible quantities, and
we encourage you to purchase small quantities prior to purchasing
larger amounts. If by some small chance you find an item defective,
please call us. No returns are allowed without pre-authorization.
All returns will have a 25% restocking charge imposed, customer is
responsible for freight both ways.
Our shopping cart cannot know
whether your order was shipped in 1 box, or more than one box, and
doesn't know whether the rural residential delivery charge pertains
to you. If we can ship to you for less than the shopping cart shows,
we will! We ship UPS Ground and we charge residential rates, unless
a commercial address is noted in the order comments. If merchandise
is returned to us because of an incorrect address supplied by you,
you will be billed for the additional shipping charges.
